KARAG guarantees that each product has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the quality/safety regulations in force in the countries of the European Community.
KARAG provides its customers with a guarantee on the number of its provided/promoted products through the pages of its online store that it maintains at the link b2b.karag.gr. The guarantee is valid for a different period of time, for specific products and is proved by presenting a copy of the purchase document. The warranty is recognized and valid for the first owner of this product purchased.
The warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts due to manufacturing defects from the beginning. The company reserves the right to decide at its discretion whether to apply the warranty through the repair or replacement of the product.
The terms of the guarantee expire in the following cases:
- Failure to present a purchase document
- Damage to the material caused by carelessness or during transport
- Due to improper installation
- Conversions, modifications, repairs and/or interventions by unauthorized persons

- The product is used in a way that does not comply with the instructions for use and installation
The company liability covers the replacement or repair of defective material. It does not cover installation or compensation costs as well as any damage caused by the product.
