Shipping and Charging Methods

Shipments of orders are completed in two ways:

• Through a courier company

For orders of small packages, low volumetric weight, the shipment is made through a cooperating courier company. The delivery time of the order is 1 to 3 working days, depending on the geographical area of the recipient. Delivery time is expected to increase in remote and / or inaccessible areas. In case the customer wishes to have the products delivered to him in a shorter period of time, delivery on Saturday will be charged extra.

• Through a transport company

Large volume or heavy orders are shipped through a cooperating shipping company. The delivery time of the order is 1 to 3 working days, depending on the geographical area of the recipient. Delivery time is expected to increase in remote and/or inaccessible areas.

The shipping method of your order is automatically selected by our system depending on the volume and weight of your total package. However, it is possible to send a bulk order by courier after consultation on shipping costs.

For the safety of your orders, we recommend that you check the contents of the package immediately upon receipt and in the presence of the carrier, to detect any damage to the products during transport. In this case, please let us know immediately.

KARAG is not responsible for delays that do not result from its own fault or due to force majeure and seeks the understanding of its customers. KARAG will inform by email of any delays in its customer's order.
